🌟 Pupil of the Week 🌟presented at ‘Celebrate Learning Assembly’
This week’s ‘Celebrate Learning Assembly’ was presented by Primary 5 and what a fantastic job they did sharing their research about World War 2. There was plenty of excitement when the pupils at the end of the presentation scrambled to take cover while the evacuation siren blared throughout the hall! Of course, none other than our master researcher of all things interesting, Collie was able to demonstrate the use of the gas mask! Keep an eye out for photographs to follow as Primary 5 continue with this research as part of their World Around Us topic this term.
Staff were certainly very impressed with our Pupil of the Week recipients. These awards were presented yet again for a wide variety of different activities including high quality learning during practical numeracy activities, fabulous recount writing in in literacy and let’s not forget the star pupil awarded for being an excellent friend and the other for using exemplary manners both in and out of the classroom. We are very proud of each and every one of our star pupils this week and a special shout out to our two sets of sisters who coincidentally received their class awards on the same week! Plenty to celebrate in those households this weekend! Congratulations everyone 🎉
