Catholic Schools Week🙏
This week we celebrated Catholic School Week. Throughout the week, we worked together to think of ways we can be a friend of our community, how we can be a service to the community and how we can spread faith throughout our community.
in Reception and Primary 1 the children have been busy identifying staff members who help us in our school. They drew some pictures, said a prayer for them and asked God to bless everyone who works in our school.
Primary 3 prayed for their grandparents and shared precious memories of their families with their friends. They drew pictures to show ways that we can be a good friend to each other.
Rinne muid céiliúradh ar na seantuismitheoirí i Rang 3/4. The children were busy sharing the important role our Grandparents have in their lives and in the community.
Primary 5 discussed vocational jobs and the personal qualities needed for each career. The pupils enjoyed creating a poster to encourage our school community to take of our town and countryside.
Primary 6 shared ideas on what it means to be a good friend and discussed the important role our grandparents play in our lives today.
Primary 7 were very creative and demonstrated ways through STEM activities and class prayer of how we can follow Jesus in our community today.
A super busy and enjoyable week for everyone in our school. Well done boys and girls!
