Christmas Plays and Performances:
Following the most recent guidance and after careful consideration we are unfortunately unable to open our doors to the public for Christmas plays and performances.
While we realised this was always going to be a possibility, we had hoped that the situation would have allowed for an audience to be present. This is of course disappointing news for our children, parents and staff alike however, the health and well-being of our school family is paramount.
In order to bring your child’s performance to you, we are instead recording this years plays and performances. These recordings will be shared with parents as soon as they are ready.
Recordings will take place once the classes are fully prepared and we will do our upmost to have all recordings completed before any closures are announced. This will of course be dependent on updated guidance from DE. Recordings will be made available on our class forums for parents.
We can confirm that as of today there has been NO communication from DE in regard to the early closure of schools. This is speculation and if any official notice is received parents will be notified accordingly.
Kind regards
Mrs Hughes
