Anti-Bullying Week - Odd Sock Day
The boys and girls from Reception to Primary 7 looked fantasic today in their odd socks. This initiative is part of a National Anti-Bullying Campaign to show that we are ALL DIFFERENT but we are ALL SPECIAL.
The children have been working so hard this week learning about Anti-Bullying. The School Counil ran an Anti-Bullying Poster Competition and our pupils created some outstanding posters promoting our new School Council Anti-Bullying Motto:
"THINK before you SPEAK - THINK before you ACT - #BE KIND"
It was tough job for our council to choose the winners as the posters were all of such a high standard. So hard in fact that everyone was awarded a little something for particpating in the Anti-Bullying activities this week. Well done everyone!
The posters will now be displayed around the school as a reminder for us all to #BE KIND.
