Congratulations to our Primary 4 pupils for presenting an excellent assembly on St Brigid this morning. The pupils read the short story of Brigid’s life. We heard the story of how she tricked an Irish Chieftain into giving her land to build her church and convent by using her cloak to cover as much land as she needed. The pupils then told us how the St Brigid's cross came into being. Finally they beautifully sang the song St. Brigid. Well done to all!!!
