Seachtain Fhrith-Thromaíochta ❌🚫

We kicked off Anti-Bullying week in Rang 1/2 by making our Gealltanas Frith-Thromaíochta (Anti-Bullying Pledge). The children discussed what it is to be a good friend, how to show kindness and how to best keep bullying out of our school 😃 Ní maith linn tromaíocht! We stamped our hands and signed our names to it and it reads;
Tá mo lámha deas. - I have nice hands. 
Tá mo chosa deas. - I have nice feet. 
Tá mo bhéal cineálta. - I have a kind mouth. 
Tá mé cairdiúil. - I am friendly. 
We finished off our activities with the story of Elmer - the elephant who loved standing out and being different! Bhain muid an-suit as!
