Primary 7 and other pupils from traditional bowling families of the local area recently travelled to Sherry's Field to take part in a Road Bowling Workshop. Members of Ból Chumann Ard Mhacha were on hand to demonstrate the under arm bowling technique unique to Armagh throwers. The pupils had great fun practising their 'shots' and Mrs Smith was on hand to call them if they jumped the 'butt'. Well done to the organisers and to the boys and girls who may even now go out some Sunday and throw the odd score down at Tassagh!
